What Client Families Say
Client Testimonial: Mr. J. Kaye
“Neil looked after my dad who has vascular dementia for 18 months up until the point my dad had to go into a nursing home. Before Neil started to visit my mum and myself were struggling to cope as the dementia took hold of my dad and changed him completely. Neil seemed to pick us all up and make our lives much better. My dad loved the time he spent with Neil and would come home very relaxed and happy. I cannot describe the difference Neil made to not only my dad but our whole family and would like to thank Neil again for his boundless enthusiasm and energy that kept us going and also his knowledge of how to deal with dementia that helped guide us all.”

“Neil has cared for my father for over a year. During that time Neil has exceeded our expectations in respect of the care he gave to my father. He went above and beyond the care for example, cooked meals for him, took him to appointments, did his shopping Personal care In fact the relationship became a friendship but still remanded professional at all times.. Neil keep me informed at all times with telephone calls and photos. In conclusion, I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil.”

“Many thanks for everything you have done for my dad and mother for the past few years, we are devastated at this(dad had to go into a care home) but really hope that you will still stay a big part of our dads life. He loves you - You are his best mate”
Client Testimonial: Mrs. P. Hailsham
“Neil, this seems totally inadequate but it is my small way of thanking you for the invaluable part you played in caring for my husband. It was your dedication, expertise, professionalism and love which enabled him to end his days, as he would have wished at home. My GP took the trouble to tell a colleague that he was very well cared for that speaks for it self. And in your support for me and the humour we all managed to share - I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.”
Client Testimonial: Mrs. L. Morris
We honesty couldn’t have managed without Neil over the past year. Initially he was a ‘companion’ for my husband who has dementia. He took him out for drives and walks, and gave him lunch. My husband found Neil amusing, warm and kind. As my husband’s condition worsened we employed Neil to provide personal care every day. He was reliable, courteous and thoughtful. Neil always treated my husband with dignity and respect. My husband had a few occasions when Neil looked after him overnight. Despite being agitated because of his dementia, he was always happy to be with Neil and responded well to Neil’s care and companionship. In addition, Neil was a support for me, listening to my worries and showing concern for my health and welfare. He was flexible and supportive, and a constant companion.

Neil, was the most kind and thoughtful Personal Assistant whilst looking after my father who had Alzheimer's. Nothing was too much trouble and Neil was extremely flexible when arrangements needed to be altered at short notice. On sunny days, Neil would take Dad and his little dog down to the seafront to walk along the prom. As we live 2 hours away, he would take lovely photographs of Dad to let us know what he was doing. Unfortunately Dad has had to move into a Care Home now, but we cannot thank Neil enough for his help and support during such a difficult time.
